Panivizhum Malarvanam (transl. A forest of flowers where dew falls) is an upcoming Indian Tamil language television series starring Sidharth Kumaran, Vinusha Devi, Shilpa and Sathya. The show produced under the banner of Box Office Studio and directed by Thangaraj. It is scheduled to premiere on Star Vijay in 2024.[1]
Synopsis[edit]
Panivizhum Malarvanam tells the tragic story of brother (Sidharth Kumaran) and sister (Shilpa), whom were separated when they were young due to their parents.[2]

Development[edit]
The series was announced by Star Vijay on begin 2024.[4] The show based on the life of the siblings. The series is will directed by Thangaraj, who worked on Star Vijay series such as Muthazhagu (2021). Box Office Studio, who produced shows such as Thendral Vandhu Ennai Thodum 2, Kadhanayagi and Cooku with Comali season 5, team up for the series.
Casting[edit]
In begin 2024, Sidharth Kumaran[5][6] and Vinusha Devi was reportedly cast for the lead roles of new Star Vijay series and was officially confirmed on 22 March.[4] Actress Vinusha Devi[7] was cast in the female lead role, marking her return after Bigg Boss Season 7- Tamil.[3]
Shilpa[4] was cast as the second female lead role as Anu, marking her return after Mouna Raagam 2. Actor Sathiya was cast as private role, This was also Sathiya's return to Star Vijay after four years. In May 2024, Kadhanayagi show fame Rubeena and Rubiseena was reportedly cast for the supporting roles, it was officially confirmed on 19 May.[8]
Release[edit]
The first promo was released on 23 April 2024, which gave a brief insight in Hero's lives.[9] It is scheduled to air in the second half of 2024 on Star Vijay.[2]
