Sar Gol Rural District (Persian: دهستان سرگل) is in Kuhsarat District of Minudasht County, Golestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Durjan.

After the 2006 census, Kuhsarat Rural District was separated from the Central District in the establishment of Kuhsarat District, which was divided into two rural districts.

At the National Census of 2011, Sar Gol Rural District's population was 4,664 in 1,271 households.[3] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 4,091 in 1,258 households. The most populous of its seven villages was Kolasareh, with 1,288 people.[2]
