John Moran will take office in June 2024 the mayor of Limerick, Ireland. He was elected at the 2024 Limerick mayoral election.^[1]

Early life and education[edit]

Moran was raised in County Limerick and attended St Paul's national school in Dooradoyle and CBS Sexton Street, a secondary school in Limerick city.^[1]

He obtained a law degree at University College Dublin, followed by a master's in the United States.^[1]
