Walter Domínguez (born 13 June 1999) is a Uruguayan footballer who plays as a striker for Juventud Soriano and the Uruguay National Team.

Club career[edit]

He played for Uruguayan side Fray Bentos. After that, he signed for Uruguayan side Juventud Soriano. He has been described as "one of the great figures of interior football".[1]

International career[edit]

He has been called up to represent Uruguay internationally. He was first called up to the Uruguay national football team in 2024 for a friendly against Costa Rica.[1]

Style of play[edit]

He mainly operates as a striker. He has been described as a "dribbler and vertical player".[2]

Personal life[edit]

He has been nicknamed "Waltercito". He is the brother of Uruguayan footballer Mauricio "Quique" Martínez.[3]
