Hélène Parisot (born 17 December 1992) is a French sprinter.[1]

Early life[edit]

She is from Saint-Affrique in Aveyron.[2] She attended Toulouse Capitole University.[3]

Career[edit]

She ran as part of the French relay team in tne 4x100m at the 2022 European Championships in Munich that qualified for the final.[4]

She placed second in the 200m and third in the 100m at the 2023 French Athletics Championships in Albi, equalling her 200m personal best of 23.26 seconds and setting a new 100m personal best time of 11.35 seconds.[5] She ran for France at the 2023 World Athletics Championships in Budapest.[6]

She ran as part of the French 4x100m relay team which finished as runner-up and qualified for the 2024 Paris Olympics at the 2024 World Relays Championships in Nassau, Bahamas.[7][8]

She finished third in the 200 metres at the 2024 Diamond League event 2024 Meeting International Mohammed VI d'Athlétisme in Rabat in a personal best time of 23.02 seconds.[9]
