The 2024 Premier Volleyball League draft will be the inaugural rookie draft to be conducted on July 6, 2024, for the Premier Volleyball League, the top-level women's professional volleyball league in the Philippines.
The draft will be held in the middle of the 2024 season, after the All-Filipino Conference and before the Reinforced Inivitational Conference.
Eligibility and entrants[edit]
The following are the eligibility requirements for the draft:[1]
- Has not previously competed in the league.
- At least 21 years old by December 31, 2024.
- For Filipinos with foreign citizenship: Philippine passport or birth certificate issued in the Philippines.
- No academic qualifications or playing experience is required.
Teams are required to:[1]
- Make a minimum of three-year contract offer for first-round picks.
- Make a minimum of a one-year contract for the second round and later picks.
- Make a minimum of a one-conference contract for the undrafted players signed by teams.
Combine[edit]
The Rookie Draft Combine is scheduled for June 25 to 26, 2024.[2]
Draft order[edit]
In the first round. The order of the four worst-performing teams would be determined through a lottery with a chance to draw the ability to pick the first to fourth picks. This practice is to discourage tanking by teams to influence the pick order in potential future drafts. The remaining eight teams will be arranged based on the reverse final standing at the 2024 All-Filipino Conference.
For the second and subsequent rounds, the order of the draft will continue to use the reverse final standing of the said conference, with the worst team picking first and the champions picking last.[2]

Draft lottery[edit]
The draft lottery will determine the arrangement of the four lowest-ranked teams in selecting draft applicants in the first round. The lottery is scheduled on June 14, 2024.[2]
