Satoshō Station (里庄駅, Satoshō-eki) is a passenger railway station located in the town of Satoshō, Asakuchi District, Okayama Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by the West Japan Railway Company (JR West).[1]

Satoshō Station is served by the JR West San'yō Main Line, and is located 182.4 kilometers from the terminus of the line at Kobe.

The station consists of a side platform and an island platform. The station building is next to the side platform and connected to the island platform by a footbridge. The station is unattended.

History[edit]
Satoshō Station was opened on 15 November 1920 With the privatization of Japanese National Railways (JNR) on 1 April 1987, the station came under the control of JR West.

In fiscal 2019, the station was used by an average of 1307 passengers daily.[2]
