Marvin Garrett (born July 28, 1963)[1] is an American former professional rodeo cowboy who specialized in bareback bronc riding.[2][3][4]
Life and career[edit]
Garrett was born in Belle Fourche, South Dakota.[1] His younger brother is Mark Garrett,[5] a fellow former bareback rider.[6]
In 1998, Garrett survived a plane crash and was hospitalized at the UC Davis Medical Center.[7] In the same year, he was inducted into the ProRodeo Hall of Fame.[1]
